Steven Ray Neidecker, 68, passed away Sunday May 10, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith Arkansas. He was born August 3, 1957 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Doc and Willene (Osborne) Neidecker.
He is survived by his son, Jason and wife Katherine Neidecker; daughters, Lacy and husband Clay Williams of Alma, Arkansas, and Jessica Slama; five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; sister, Connie and husband Walter Grosenger; brother, Johnny and wife Simone Neidecker; and fiancé, Sandra Wagnon.
Steve was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Neidecker, parents Doc & Willene Neidecker and a brother, Stewart Wayne Neidecker. His grandparents Wil (Cub) and Ethel Osborne and John & Allie Neidecker.
Interment will be at Killian Cemetery 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2026, west of Morse Bluff with a Celebration of Life to immediately follow at American Legion in Morse Bluff.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. June 13, 2026 at 1 Catcher Free Will Baptist Church in Van Buren, Arkansas.
