A homeless fan faces various charges after an incident Wednesday afternoon.
At about 4:52 p.m., Fremont police were dispatched to a business in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue North for a shoplifting complaint. Officers were provided a description of an individual who fled the store on foot.
Authorities located the individual and the complaint was determined to be valid. Nathaniel L. White, no age provided, was arrested for theft by shoplifting, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and carrying a concealed weapon.
