FREMONT – Midland University will be hosting its first-ever Giving Days campaign from October 8-11. The event will coincide with Midland’s 2020 Homecoming celebration.
Giving Days is a digital campaign that will engage alumni, supporters, and friends, inviting individuals to make a gift of any size. All donations will help support scholarships for current and future Midland students. Donations can be directed to five different areas:
- Academic scholarships
- Athletic scholarships
- Performing arts scholarships
- Student Affairs
- Area of greatest need
“We’re excited to launch our inaugural Giving Days event at Midland University. We truly believe that gifts of any size make a difference in supporting our students’ ability to persist to graduation, and this event is a way for anyone to be a part of making a big impact on our students’ success,” said Jessica Janssen Wolford, Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
There are two ways to donate to the Giving Days campaign. Donations can be made using a credit card by visiting givingday.midlandu.edu.
Checks can also be sent to the Institutional Advancement office at Midland University, 900 N. Clarkson St., Fremont, NE, 68025 before October 11th with the note “Giving Days”.
Additionally, donations made through the Fall Appeal and Employee Giving will be counted toward the Giving Days campaign.
