A military and veterans appreciation event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Valley Veterans Club, 111 E. Front St.
The event is sponsored by American Legion Post 58 in Valley and Post 22 in Elkhorn. It will feature free food and entertainment.
Organizers said the event is open to all active duty, reserves, National Guard, veterans and family members.
