At about 4:12 Friday morning, Fremont police were called to the area of 2710 North Somers Avenue in reference to a possibly impaired driver.
Officers conducted an investigation and Dylan Mantzaris of Fremont was arrested for DUI, careless driving, possession of an open alcohol container, and refusal to submit to a pretest.
