Fremont police responded at 2:30 Thursday afternoon to the 2000 block of North Colson Avenue for a disturbance.
During the investigation, it was determined that Jose R. Nunez, 36, of Fremont was in violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act as it pertains to reporting his address.
As a result, Nunez was arrested.
