Fremont police were dispatched at about 8:51 Christmas Eve night to the 200 block of West 21st Street in reference to a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, officers determined the complaint to be valid and arrested Cesar A. Lastor, 28, of Fremont for burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, obstruction, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
