Woman cited on suspicion of hit-and-run

A Fremont woman was cited Friday morning on suspicion of leaving the scene of a property damage accident following a hit-and-run complaint at a business in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue North. 
 
The incident occurred at about 10:50 a.m. Vitalina S. Coj, 35, is accused of backing her 2005 Honda Odyssey into a 2012 Chevy Tahoe and then leaving the scene without leaving any contact information.  A witness to the collision provided the responding officer with information leading to Coj’s whereabouts. 
 
Both cars sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.
