An Iowa man faces various charges following a disturbance Tuesday night.
Police responded at about 11:33 p.m. in the 200 block of East Sixth Street in Fremont. Police were told that the person involved in the incident had left the area. The individual was later located and the investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert A. Fry, 60, of Jefferson, Iowa. Fry faces charges for terroristic threat, DUI first offense, refusal of a pretest, refusal of a chemical test and criminal mischief.
