Fremont police responded at 5:38 Saturday morning to a disturbance in the 1400 block of North Platte Avenue.
The complaint was determined to be valid and an investigation resulted in the arrest of Shana A. Lininger, 21, of Fremont for possession of a controlled substance, third-degree domestic assault, threatening bodily injury and child abuse/neglect.
