At 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Fremont police investigated a littering complaint.
A caller advised they had witnessed two large items being dumped behind the Fremont Mall. The individuals responsible, Alexander G. Derevjagin II, 25, of Fremont and Zackery M. Derevjagin, 22, of Lincoln were located and cited for littering. They went back and retrieved the large items.
