LINCOLN- On Friday afternoon, Governor Pete Ricketts and Nebraska veterans will testify in support of Legislative Bill (LB) 387.
The bill, introduced by Senator Tom Brewer of Gordon, would exempt 100% of military retirement benefits from state income taxation for military retirees. LB 387 is part of the Governor’s vision to make Nebraska the best state in the nation for military families and veterans.
