The names have been released of the two people that died in a Douglas County accident.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said 17-year-old Seth Fereherm, of Omaha, was recently pronounced dead. He was injured in an accident on Dec. 21.
Officials said the accident occurred around 10:15 a.m. on 204th St. and Harrison St. An ambulance and two other vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash.
According to authorities, the ambulance was taking 72-year-old Debra Brookhouser, of Gretna, to a hospital at the time of the accident. Brookhouser was reported dead at the scene.
Reports state that the ambulance had lights and sirens on and was en route to a hospital before the crash.
