FREMONT- During this challenging time, many people are facing financial struggles and with The Table not being open, there is a tremendous need for food and other essentials. The Salem Lutheran Outreach Committee recently met and conferred with Robin Ritter of Uniquely Yours to determine a way to meet the needs of the community.
Salem Lutheran will be distributing pre-packed bags for families in need on the last Saturday of the month from 9-10 am or while supplies last.
To help make those pre-packed bags, Salem is hosting two drop-off donation times on Wednesday, June 17th, and June 24th for non-perishable items.
They ask that you bring these items to the Common Grounds Building during the specific drop-off hours. Please check the expiration dates of all donation items (expired items will be rejected).
