Fremont police attempted to have contact with an individual on a bicycle at 2:51 Wednesday morning.
The individual attempted to avoid an interaction, but was unsuccessful. Derek L. Lee, 28, who police say is homeless, was arrested for obstruction of a peace officer, false reporting and resisting arrest — first offense.
