Fremont police were dispatched at 4:33 Wednesday morning to the 400 block of East 23rd Street for a trespassing complaint.
It was reported that an individual was refusing to leave the facility. The complaint was determined to be valid and Frank W. Vasa, 30, of Weston was arrested for criminal trespass second degree/defy order
