The Cass County, Iowa, Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary William Shannon, 40, of Fremont on Oct. 24 on warrants for the following charges: Drug trafficking 5GM to 100KG meth, intent to manufacture/deliver fentanyl, two counts of drug tax stamp violations, unauthorized credit card use < $1.500, and possession of marijuana 1st.
Shannon was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
