The theft of a package resulted Saturday in charges against a Fremont man.
At about 1:30 p.m., Fremont police investigated a theft of a package — previously delivered — in the 800 block of North D Street. Manuel Gutierrez Borrego, 58, was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
