Fremont police were dispatched Sunday to the 1300 block of West Dakota Avenue on a report of a burglary in progress.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Lex Allen Brewer, 18, of Fremont for obstructing a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and burglary. Also arrested was Devin E. Drolet, 27, for burglary, possession of burglary tools, tampering with physical evidence, obstructing a peace officer and first-degree criminal trespass.
