Fremont police responded at 9:21 Saturday night to the 500 block of East 10th Street for a trespassing complaint, resulting in a disturbance.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Levi MT Barnes, 30, who is homeless, for third-degree domestic assault, child abuse/neglect and criminal mischief.
