A Fremont man faces charges from an incident Tuesday morning.
At about 1:10 a.m., officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block of East 23rd Street. Sean P. Brewer-Ward was arrested for attempt of a Class 3 or 3A felony — theft and resisting arrest.
