Fremont police officers responded at 1:05 Monday afternoon to a business in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue in reference to a shoplifter who had left the premises prior to the officers’ arrival.
The individual, Timothy A. Henke, 29, who is homeless, was located and arrested for obstructing a peace officer, tampering with physical evidence, theft by shoplifting and littering.
