At about 2:45 Thursday afternoon, Michael P. Johnson, 56, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting following a complaint at a business in the 1800 block of East Military Avenue.
Johnson had been suspected of shoplifting from the business earlier in the day, which was unsubstantiated, and told not to return. Johnson returned later and is accused of taking a bottle of an alcoholic beverage valued at $12.00.
