Fremont police arrested an Oklahoma man Tuesday morning for disorderly conduct.
Officers responded at 2:03 a.m. to the 400 block of East 23rd Street in reference to a male causing a disturbance. The male involved was Justin RD Coatney, 38, of Tulsa. He was subsequently arrested.
