Fremont police conducted a traffic stop at 11:03 Saturday morning near South Union and Factory Streets.
The driver, Jessie A. Hernandez, 32, of Fremont did not have a valid driver’s license. Hernandez was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, tampering with physical evidence and speeding.
