A Fremont man faces charges following a disturbance Thursday afternoon.
At about 3:05 p.m., police responded to the 1500 block of North C Street. Following an investigation, Julian C. Castro, 24, was arrested for third-degree domestic assault, first-degree trespassing, criminal mischief under $500 and disturbing the peace.
