Fremont police were dispatched to the 1600 block of North C Street at 10:18 Tuesday night in reference to a trespassing complaint.
An investigation was conducted and it was determined that an assault had taken place earlier.
Thomas J. Prado Jr., 49, of Fremont was arrested for third-degree domestic assault
