At about 9:05 Saturday morning, Fremont police conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of North H Street.
Following the stop, Luis R. Azucar-Figueroa, 20, of Schuyler was arrested on an active Platte County warrant and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (concentrated THC).
