Fremont man cited on suspicion of shoplifting

A Fremont man was cited Tuesday on suspicion of theft by shoplifting.
At about 1 p.m., Mark W. McTaggart, 56, was cited following a complaint at a business in the 3600 block of East 24th Street. McTaggart is accused of taking items from the store on two different occasions — March 16 and again on March 22. The total value of the items taken is approximately $160.
