Fremont police responded to the area of South Bud Boulevard at 7:45 Friday night for an accident involving a vehicle that had a roll over.
An investigation was conducted resulting the arrest of Edward A. Anderson, 45, of Fremont for DUI – first offense, refusal- to submit to a test — first offense and leaving the scene of an accident – failure to furnish information first offense.
