The Fremont Police Department reported a pair of arrest from Monday. All the information is from FPD
At about 5:44 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 300 East Fourth Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers conducted an investigation and Melissa House, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested and booked for trespassing, criminal mischief, and assault third degree.
