FPD responds to various calls

The Fremont Police Department responded to various calls recently. All of the following information is from FPD.

At about 6:10 Thursday night, officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the area of 800 West Fourth Street. An investigation was conducted, and Walter Davenport Jr. of Fremont was arrested and booked for disturbing the peace, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest.

At 1:42 a.m. Friday, police responded to a disturbance in the area of 100 East Linden Avenue. During the investigation, it was learned a male victim had been struck with a car during a disturbance. The vehicle then fled the area prior to officer’s arrival.

Charles Logrande of Fremont was identified as the driver. He was arrested and booked for assault first degree, assault third degree, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.

Officers conducted an investigation and Robert Barney of Adams was arrested and booked for disturbing the peace.

FPD received a call about a trespassing complaint at 11:23 Saturday night in the area of 400 North C Street.

Officers conducted an investigation and Justin Harris (homeless) was arrested and booked for second-degree criminal trespass.
