Jeff Conrad will be the keynote speaker at the Elkhorn Annual Public Memorial Day Ceremony.
The event, hosted by the Elkhorn American Legion Post 211, is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at the Prospect Hill Cemetery in Elkhorn, North 219th Street and West Maple Road.
Conrad, a Schuyler native, is a retired senior chief petty officer in the United States Navy. The program will also include music from the Elkhorn High School band and an opening prayer from chaplain Phil Ward.
