Fremont police arrested a Uehling woman following an incident Saturday morning.
At about 3:42 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of West 23rd Street to check on the well-being of an individual.
Officers conducted an investigated and Daniella Sharp was arrested for obstructing a peace officer.
