Fremont police were called to a business at about 8:26 Sunday morning in the 400 block of West 23rd Street for a trespassing complaint.
Officers determined that the individual trespassing had been given a prior trespassing warning. Tammie M. Stuart, 53, of Fremont was arrested for second-degree trespassing.
