At about 12:44 a.m. Thursday, the Saunders County Sheriff’s Office responded to 509 S. Vine St. in Mead in regard to a missing/runaway juvenile.
Joseph Clark, 16, left his residence at approximately 12:11 a.m. wearing a grey shirt and plaid pajama style pants. Clark was only wearing socks with no shoes.
Clark is autistic but does not require any medications. He is high functioning and verbal.
Initial investigation, using a Sheriff’s Office drone and the Ashland Police Department Bloodhound search K9, indicates that Clark may have been picked up in the area of Highway 92 and County Road 10. No other information is available at this time.
The Saunders County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone with information on Clark’s current location to please call 402-443-1000.
