An Omaha man faces various charges following an incident Friday night in Fremont.
Police responded to a report of a possible motor vehicle accident at about 10:45 p.m. at First and Luther Road. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Eric James, 23, for driving under the influence, refusal to submit to pretest, refusal to submit to chemical test, resisting arrest and possession of an open container.
