A disturbance complaint Sunday morning led to the arrest of a Grand Island man.
Police responded to the complaint at 3:43 a.m. in the 100 block of North Bell Street. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Adrian E. Ruiz-Williams, 30, for third degree domestic assault and obstructing a peace officer.
