A traffic stop led to the arrest Friday of a Fremont teenager.
At about 4:31 Thursday morning, Fremont police had contact with Gabriel K. Duarte, 19, for a traffic violation. Duarte was subsequently arrested for driving during suspension, resisting arrest and electronic nicotine use by someone younger than 21.
