Fremont police responded at about 1:40 Wednesday afternoon to the 2200 block of East 12th Street to assist the Nebraska State Probation Office with a detention authorization.
Contact was made with Jason A. Sweeney, 41, of Hooper, who obstructed and resisted the officers present. He was arrested on the detention authorization as well as obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest.
