At about 6:40 p.m. Sunday night, Fremont police were dispatched to the area of 20th and Lincoln Avenue in reference to a hit-and-run personal injury accident involving a pedestrian.
The driver and vehicle were located resulting in the arrest of Jacob A. Chvatal, 37, of Fremont for DUI +.15 and failure to stop and render aid/no serious injury accident.
