A North Bend man faces various charges following a traffic stop on Thursday night.
At about 7:33 p.m., the stop was conducted in the 1700 block of West Military Avenue. As a result of the stop, the driver, Raymond J. Roth, 59, was arrested for DUI first offense, refusal of PBT, refusal of a chemical test, obstructing government operations and reckless driving.
