At 3:16 Saturday morning, Fremont police investigated a trespassing complaint in the 700 block of West 11th Street.
Upon arrival officers had contact with Timothy S. Montanye, 37, of Fremont who had been given a prior warning not to be on the property. During his arrest it was discovered he was carrying a weapon. He was jailed for criminal trespassing and carrying a concealed weapon.
