A traffic stop at 1:59 Thursday morning led to an arrest.
Officers stopped the driver in the 200 block of North Logan Street. During the stop, it was learned that the driver did not have a valid license and drugs were also located.
Carmen S. Merida, 30, of Fremont was arrested for driving during revocation — 4th or subsequent offense and possession of a controlled substance.
