Fremont police responded at 9:21 Tuesday night to the 2500 block of North Clarkson Street in reference to a sexual assault.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Dwayne E. Pearson, 59, of Fremont for first-degree sexual assault and first-degree criminal trespass.
