A Fremont man faces various charges from an incident on Sunday afternoon.
At 1:45 p.m., police officers responded to a residence in the 700 block of North Pierce Street in reference to a disturbance. An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Josh JN Warner, 41, for third-degree domestic assault, strangulation and child abuse — no injury.
