At 1:50 this morning, Fremont police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 200 block of W. 23rd Street.
Officers learned that an individual caused the disturbance by throwing an item at a occupied vehicle. Carter J. Mitchell 25 of Fremont was arrested for disturbing the peace.
