Fremont man arrested for disturbing the peace

At 1:50 this morning, Fremont police responded to a disturbance at a  business in the 200 block of W. 23rd Street. Officers learned that an individual caused the disturbance by throwing an item at a occupied vehicle.

Thomas Chace Cheney of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2022. Tom was born in Des Moines, Iowa, Dec. 26, 1946, to Jane and Wilbur Kirchner, later adopted by stepfather, Bill Cheney.  He grew
