Two candidates filed paperwork Friday to become the next Dodge County Clerk.
Current county clerk Fred Mytty announced earlier this winter that he is not seeking his 13th term in office.
Deputy clerk Micki Gilfry and James Dake filed for the office. Nonincumbents can file through Tuesday for the election.
