Fremont man arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing

Jon C. Coniglio, 49, of Fremont was arrested at about 10:15 Monday night on suspicion of criminal trespassing. 
 
Coniglio was observed at a business in the 200 block of west 23rd Street where he was prohibited. Coniglio was reminded by responding officers that he was not supposed to be on the property. He initially left, but then came back and was arrested.
